Summary: I spent $2700 on the 27 inch i7 version of the iMac and it came with NO documentation and NO POWER CORD! Seriously??? What a load of junk. No quality control. I hate over priced Apple products. There is no reason to put up with this ridiculous company and their OVER PRICED junk.
Summary: In much the same way as my new iPhone 5 there appears to be no discernible improvements in this model. We 'Upgraded' 2 of our older iMac 27s this January and have to date only found niggling things that are if anything worse than the previous model we had as follows: 1. Having no CD drive is more annoying than I thought it would be. I can understand it's disappearance from my macbook pro in favour of weight, size and battery life... but from my desktop...why?
Summary: Am I the only Apple customer annoyed and insulted by Apple's decision (amongst other things) not to include a CD / DVD drive on the new iMac? It is a desktop computer. What does it matter if it is thinner than the previous iMac? Who cares if it's "5mm thin"? It is a classic example of form over function. So long as it is thinner than the stand it sits on it makes no practical difference if it is thinner than before.
Summary: I can't believe it's taking Apple so long to manufacture these silly things. I understand that laminating the glass is hard, but get with the program Apple! You're losing market share everyday you're making your customers wait for these.
Summary: I am a fairly big Apple fan I really enjoy their phones, tablets, laptops, iPods, etc but their desktop line just isn't up to snuff. Each desktop has a major short coming. The MacPro is wildly out of date not containing modern specs and is enormous. I would love to have a box that is 50% to 75% of the current size as I don't use many of the specs it has two optical drives, two processors (which total up to twelve processor cores!
Summary: If you currently own any previous Imac there is no reason to downgrade to this model. You have the exact same OSX functionality and hardware as you had before if you have OSX lion, less compatibility if you currently have any other previous version of OSX due to Lion killing rosetta/PPC apps/programs support.
Summary: Apple 27-inch New iMac (Aluminium silver) - ( Intel Core i5 Quad-core 3.2GHz Processor, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, NVIDIA GeForce GT 675M, OS X Mountain Lion) The beauty of this great screen is ruined by the fact that yoou need either the vision of an F32 Raptor pilot or a pair of binoculars to read the tiny text on it.
Summary: ich will nicht viel sagen also der PC an sich ist natürlich nicht schlecht, aber für das Geld stellt man sich was anderes vor. Ein PC mit gleicher leistung kostet von acer asus usw. höchstens 300-400€.
