The Acer Veriton M680G is a desktop PC that is powered by a multi-core Intel® processor and up to 16 GB of DDR3 memory. It also features Intel® vPro™ Technology and Intel® Active Management Technology that provide users with the bandwidth needed for the next generation of highly threaded applications. The Intel® vPro™ Technology and Intel® Active Management Technology are management tools that optimize system support, maintenance and monitoring of company assets while reducing desk-side visits. The Veriton S680 also enables users to load two operating systems, so that they can run both new and legacy software applications. It is also bundled with Acer Backup Manager, which supports automatic incremental backups and also prevents unauthorized access to the machine. The Veriton M680G is green-certified to international standards, including compliance with GS and ENERGY STAR® 5.0.
