Summary: I wanted a TV in the bedroom but it was out of question to buy a HD TV that just does tv so searched a bit and I found this Acer all i one that ticks all the boxes. * Multimedia: It has a TV aerial and can receive TV channels, plays dvds, great sound. * Powerful: 4 cores! great for gaming, processing thousands of different tasks at the same time as watching dvd etc.. 4 Giga bytes of RAM is just great.
Summary: After buying this pc, since the moment i plugged it i had nothing but problem after problem, firstly the cd didnt eject when i pressed the eject button, then it froze, then it crashed, ive had nothing but problems with this pc since the day i bought it, every other week im formatting the thing as it freezes/crashes, i'd highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase one of these to avoid doing so, its the worst pc ive ever had compared to any others, as far as im concerned...
Summary: Serious overheating issues, hundreds of complaints in search engines and no real fix out there I used desktop fans but still cuts out with no warning at 85C with single program running! - When you contact Acer there are further issues with very poor customer support and no option of alternative with better cooling! Avoid at all costs! I will never buy or recommend a Acer!
Summary: No problems at all setting up, connected to wireless router first time and has never posed a single problem. Easily moved from place to place and can be hidden away in a cupboard when not being used. Looks amazing and the touch screen provides hours of amusement, only slight problem being the arm ache!, revert to mouse and this is solved. I love this PC and it has solved all my previous problems with not wanting a computer permanently set up in my home.
Summary: Oh come on boys! You unpack the box - physically disabled so did need help to lift it on to desk - you plug it in, type in name etc, leave it to load up, which was amazingly quick, and off you go. ME? Well got out the trusty old Belkin transfer lead, whipped all my settings across, loaded up Office, Photoshop etc. and we were in business. Have to say, if yours truly can manage without much know how and missing any vital tools, anybody can do it.
Acer Aspire Z5610 - excellent but hyper sensitive touch screen!

Summary: A superior TV style pc with a full HD screen. The touch screen is extremely sensitive and I wish I knew how to turn it off. The problem is that it does not differentiate between fingers and mosquitoes or even tiny flies. You could be downloading or doing some complicated EXCEL calculations and a tiny insect lands on the screen and as it walks about, things happen, windows open, windows close and before you know it you have a new desktop.
Summary: Very satisfied, no problems with this product. The leg design allows the keyboard to be pushed out of the way when not in use. I managed without a user's guide, but the paperwork is very sparse. Pity.
Summary: I loved the look of this product and despite reviews being not so flattering took the risk and purchased. I completely agree with the other reviewers about almost non-existent installation instructions, what I would say is that it was very simple to set up. Everything worked well for two weeks and then it decided to shutdown and lose it's operating system. Acer said they would repair it and I did find their help desk pretty good.
