Summary: The speaker/volume does not work. It also cuts you off when you are typing. I want Amazon to contact the seller to send me a replacement because it seems like I wasted my hard earned money on this product. It was a mistake that I even bought an Acer computer. I guess Acer is not a good product. I will not recommend this product to anyone.
Summary: My Wife's grandfather's computer was (finally) beyond saving and needed to be replaced. Working with my mother-in-law on pricing and desired features, we found this one and my grandfather (in-law?) absolutely loves it. I was a little nervous about the shift from XP to Win7 but it wasn't a big deal. He loves how fast the computer is. He is a very basic user doing email and photo viewing but it crushes those tasks.
Summary: The computer runs well and was delivered promptly. The only problem is it does not handle multiple printers and only has 4 usb ports. The base is so small that you are unable to add additional hardware to it. I like it otherwise.

Summary: This is a great little computer. I call it 'little' because it has a small profile. Doesn't take up much space. However, if you are looking for an inexpensive computer to run Minecraft, this isn't it.
Summary: I didn't look to see that this computer didn't have wireless capability. It's disappointing that you can have a brand new computer without wireless capabilities. Going cheaper is not always better. It's a good thing that I only use my computer for home office and not for work. Still happy with the performance of the Acer, just unhappy with this particular product.

Summary: I recommend this computer if you're like me...I don't play computer games that require a lot of processing power and I mainly use my computer for typing school assignments and internet browsing. Very space saving with a cool design. The only reason I did not give it 5/5 is because it did not come with a wireless adapter. I had to fork out $40 for one at Walmart or I wouldn't have been able to connect to the internet without an ethernet cable. It is 2012.
Summary: In June,2012 I bought this system (refurbished) and am very happy with it. To upgrade my old XP machine, it would have cost hundreds more. After some research for a new system, I decided on this model. Great value for the price. For those who are disappointed it didn't have some of the features wanted, I would suggest making a list of the specs/features you want and go from there. After calling my internet provider, they sent me a Netgear wireless adapter free.
