Summary: The box was busted open because it was too small for the computer. It was wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap, which didn't save the front face from being broken off. Several small pieces were in the bottom of the box."Fragile" was scrawled across the top in pen. I can't believe they would ship it that way!!
Summary: Very pleased with the computer, keyboard, mouse. Did not receive the speakers as pictured, evidently I have to buy speakers, send receipt for refund, hassle to do, haven't got around to it yet, don't have time to shop thats why I order online come on.... added inconvenience, great products but just didn't get complete order. Step up Amazon, take care of us we'll take of you.
Summary: Now I must say this to start off with, it is not the newest innovation in electronics. Now with that said it is exactly what they advertised it to be. It is a really good computer and you would be hard pressed to find a better value for your money. the only thing that I was unsure about from the description was the graphics card. It uses an integrated graphics card but has a pci express expansion slot for a small graphics card. Overall completely happy with my purchase.
Summary: I recived the computer 3 day after i ordered it. it was in very good packaging and contained everything. NOTE The speakers aren't included but I knew that. It was very easy to set up and ran great for the 6 hours i ran it last night.
Summary: I recently bought myself a Tablet PC and gave my son my EMachine Desktop Computer. The desktop was not that bad for a 6+ year old desktop that I upgraded most of the hardware in it. But as my son's 11th birthday was coming soon I wanted to get him a Desktop that would be great for doing all his school work on and be able to handle some intense gaming.
Summary: This computer is great with one exception. It only has a 220 watt power supply and you'll be stuck buying a replacement for it if you want to upgrade the video card even if the card is extremely power efficient. I bought this computer with an ATI Radeon 5450 PCI-Express card with 1gb of memory. This card only uses 19 watts max. but after installing it, the computer wouldn't boot but freeze at the Windows 7 welcome screen.
Summary: Bought this for my Mom to replace her ancient laptop and she's thrilled with it. For the sort of thing she does, browsing the web, sending emails, and writing the odd document or spreadsheet, it's perfect. She also loves the fact that it's a very small form factor case. I would not recommend it for anyone who's into gaming as the current graphics card is not suitable for 3D gaming and uses shared memory for the graphics.
