Summary: I have only given this a 2, though the only reason it got above a "1" is that Amazon support sent me another one after the first one was doa (basically) out of the box. But, the second one came w/different but equally fatal issues. I finally got Acer support on the line and after 1.5 hours, the very knowledgeable & helpful 2nd line support person asked that I send it in for repair. I opted to give it a shot - maybe THEY will get it right. The problems? Unit #1.
Poor build quality and even worse customer service

Summary: I was very excited to get this product but when I opened it one of the extra drive bay hinges was broken. I was still able to put a drive in that slot but it is very annoying to have that hinge broken. I considered sending it back to Amazon but did not think it was worth it so I called Acer to see if I could just get the drive bay replaced as it is easily removed. In short, it was the worst customer service experience I ever had.
