Summary: We have had this computer less than a year and have had all sorts of problems with it. Its inconsistent and unreliable. (Yes we have had tune ups and anti-virus software.) Most shocking of all, it is SLOW. i7? Really? It is notably slower than our 5 year old beat up Macbook.
Summary: Overall, this Acer is a decent choice and offers a few features, such as a Blu-ray player, not found in other all-in-one PCs on the market. However I feel it falls short in some media areas and does not perform on the gaming front.
Summary: Purchased 44 (eventually more) to use as interactive informational kiosks. The units work well for this because they have no exterior buttons that people can press to mess with the display settings.
Summary: Just bought a new one on amazon. Exterior is attractive. I play several 3d games and speed is fast with i7 and dedicated nvidia graphics. It comes with blue ray dvd, which is very useful for me. Display is gorgeous for HD movie. Little drawback is only 8g memery, but its upgradable and acceptable.
Summary: I bought this product when it was relatively new hardware, in direct contrast to my usual practices. From experience and theory, new hardware and software are bad buys simply because final beta testing/charley testing--is consumer based.
Summary: Love this computer, just as I love my Acer tablet that I bought last year. Still getting used to Windows 8, but the computer is awesome. Have not had 1 issue with it. Am still exploring the Acer Cloud but so far find it helpful. This computer is fast, love the touch screen.
