    We purchased this unit, ran it from April to October, then April - August when it overheated (too hot to touch and smelled of burning plastic). The warranty is only good for 1 year... so we're out of luck. I called customer service and they suggested we get it repaired, although they couldn't recommend a place to have the repairs made. We're now going with a different brand. Read more

    Had just recently purchased a 45 pint Soleus that was able to get humidity down to 50% by running continuously. I took it back and exchanged it for the 70 pint model thinkg that it would be able to get the humidity down to 45% But it didn't do as well. Read more
