Guilty Pleasure!

1 January 2015
  • Excerpt: We love fried food. As bad as we know it is, there are just some evenings when you want something fried. I purchased this model because of the price point, but I am very pleased with how it fries up. The oil heats up quickly, and it is relatively easy to clean up and to change the oil.

Great fried food without the hassle and mess of a bigger fryolator.

  • Summary: I bought this for my uncle because his BIG deep fryer was just to much. He loves his little fry daddy and uses it all the time. Whereas with the big one he stored it because it was such a hassle to use.

Call me forgetful, but I left the lid on ...

Max Power "Max Power", Amazon
7 September 2014
  • Summary: Call me forgetful, but I left the lid on accidentally for a few minutes and it melted into the pot ruining the unit. Should have had a metal or glass lid with plastic handle for an extra dollar. My next fryer I get will not have melting components. Poorly thought out fryer materials.

IN LOVE

Christy C. Giesler, Amazon
6 September 2014
  • Summary: I used it for the first time last night. I made zucchini circles. The fryer was easy to use, and results were yummy. I liked not having to worry about the temperature or having to use a thermometer. There were no splatters during the frying process. Clean up was a snap.

No problems whatsoever.

prinefan56, Ebay
8 June 2014
  • Summary: I like this much better than the more expensive ELITE model as the bottom of this model is flat and doesn't have ridges, which makes it much easier to clean. The ELITE model has ridges on the bottom of the inside, which makes it hard to clean.

This should be illegal.

Joshua May, Amazon

  • Summary: Seriously, who in their right mind decided the general population needed access to deep fryers in their kitchen? And then decided this should only cost $25. Right bastards, that's who. The first night we got this, we made funnel cakes.
