Summary: I've never owned a fryer before, and haven't been much of a cook either, but I've been having fun with this machine. I've made fried ice cream, catfish, frozen cod fish sticks, mozzarella sticks, mushrooms, zucchini, french fries, onion rings, hush puppies, and the tortilla that goes with the fried...
Summary: I wanted to love this cooker because I had a DeLonghi fryer years ago and was excellent. After sending the first one back because the top cooking temperature only reach 335 degrees, I received a second one and it managed to reach 350 degrees and I kept it.
Summary: Very good product, used daily, I bought this to replace the same one which was ten years old And only failed because I used it outdoors and the weather got to it after major abuse, highly recommend
Summary: Bought this to replace an old unit from different maker. Very nice unit. The drain tube is a novel idea and really helps with draining/replacing the oil. I've only had this a short time but seems quite sturdy.
Summary: Great Deep Fryer....plenty big enough to hold lot's of food. Easy to use thermostat, nice solid basket...Breaks down easy to clean....be careful when draining the oil. One more thing...it's a Delonghi and it lives up to it's reputation
Summary: This is our second DeLonghi fryer. We had the more expensive one before. It had a motor to rotate the fry basket. Update: 5/03/2014: This fryer only heats the oil to 316 degrees even though I set it on 370.
