Excerpt: Replacement units for phones that finally died. Good speaker phone volume is important since I am hard of hearing. Wireless for phoning while working on computer. Previous unit could be wall mounted to save desk top space. This one cannot.
Pros: Easy Controls, Good Sound Quality
Cons: Cannot Be Wall Mounted, Can Not Be Wall Mounted
Excerpt: I bought this strictly for the headset. Staples sent me the older model headset instead of the one pictured. Not to mention all of the ear pieces are flimsy. With the weight of the headset none of the earpieces could hold it up. I gave it one star because you can turn the whole phone off and on. This is nice for those who only use their landline during working hours and don't want to be bothered with ringing phones at all hours.
Excerpt: I have used this set for a couple of years now and use the over-the-head adapter for the wireless setup. It works well and I have not ever broken the set. The reception is good and according to other people my voice is clear.
Pros: value, Features, Easy to Use, Display Screen, Design
Summary: I am not even sure what to do about the warranty, I feel at the very least I New Egg should extend a warranty through them for the extra 2 years, or refund part of the purchase price. I would expect them to honor the item as listed.
Pros: Easy to set up, the Blue Tooth headset is great
Cons: Warranty is stated on page/listing as 3 Years. This is incorrect the manufacturer only honors 1 year. I am not happy with this, I feel New Egg or the seller should have to honor the warranty period since they advertised it as 3 years.
Summary: I purchased this system to replace an old Uniden system. The sound quality is very good, the screens are easy to read, and the digital answering system works fine. I have not tried the headset yet but I expect it'll be of sufficient quality to carry on a conversation when using a handset is not practical.
Pros: Price is awesome for this little set up. Ear piece is more then loud enough and picks up well. Havent had anyone complain about not being able to hear me. Battery life on headset has been surprisingly good. Recommend it for the money
Cons: Ear piece is a little unconformable if your wearing it for a long time. I use this thing at work so its in for about half the day. Strange software function. If you have the earpiece in and try to turn on the handset it wont let you. I use the handset to dial out but half to catch myself sometimes to turn on handset, dial then turn on headset. Not a huge deal and i retrained myself quickly but an annoyance none the less
Excerpt: I agree 100% with the 1st review. It does not sit right on the ear, and is not adjustable (one size fits some). I used my headset for just a few short days and the connector piece broke. We used a 2nd headset from another vtech we weren't using, got it programmed (finally#. It also broke, and is unusable #unless I want to tie a rubber band to my head).
