Headset old model and flimsy

RK, Staples
31 July 2014
  • Excerpt: I bought this strictly for the headset. Staples sent me the older model headset instead of the one pictured. Not to mention all of the ear pieces are flimsy. With the weight of the headset none of the earpieces could hold it up. I gave it one star because you can turn the whole phone off and on.

Works great.

SLO Bobn :>), Office Depot
28 July 2014
  • Excerpt: I have used this set for a couple of years now and use the over-the-head adapter for the wireless setup. It works well and I have not ever broken the set. The reception is good and according to other people my voice is clear.
  • Pros: value, Features, Easy to Use, Display Screen, Design

Nice phone system - slim handsets

Kenneth Tompkins, Amazon
17 February 2014
  • Summary: I purchased this system to replace an old Uniden system. The sound quality is very good, the screens are easy to read, and the digital answering system works fine. I have not tried the headset yet but I expect it'll be of sufficient quality to carry on a conversation when using a handset is not...

Headset

terp, Office Depot
2 December 2013
  • Excerpt: I agree 100% with the 1st review. It does not sit right on the ear, and is not adjustable (one size fits some). I used my headset for just a few short days and the connector piece broke. We used a 2nd headset from another vtech we weren't using, got it programmed (finally#.

Best in its category

Fibo, Staples
19 October 2013
  • Excerpt: I bought this set to use it in my home office and when I travelled abroad (compatible in the EU). It is great for joining conference calls. Having two handsets helps in taking turns charging them, so you always have one available to use.
  • Pros: Clear Display, Compact design, Easy To Set Up, Good Coordination Of Sets, Good Sound, Good Speakerphone, Large buttons, Strong Signal, Wide Range
  • Cons: Cordless Headset Button

  • Summary: I really love this phone system. It was easy to assemble. I especially love the answering machine and Charlie's voice. He doesn't say much, right to the point. I also did not expect Charlie to anounce the name of the persons calling. That is really a cool feature.

Great System. Earpiece not sturdy

Nursery, Staples
28 June 2013
  • Excerpt: We love the system but the reason we bought it was because of the headset and because we can add more phones when needed. The headset broke after a couple of uses. Needs rethinking on the earpiece design.
  • Pros: Clear Reception, Easy Controls
  • Cons: Earpiece Broke, Not Durable

WMFreqShopr, Walmart
16 June 2013
  • Summary: I wanted a phone that announces the caller as I can't see the info. This phone speaks loud and clear along with a little ringtone sound which is important otherwise you just hear talking out of the blue and may not realize until it's too late that it’s your phone.
