The VTech LS5245 is a great phone system for the price, it’s very well made and it’s easy to use. The Bluetooth functionality certainly adds even more value to the phone overall, it allows you to make and receive calls from the handset via your cell phone. This alone can save you some money really. You can also pair a BT headset with the VTech and use it like you would our cell phone to easily talk without the handset. Read more

I cant emphasize how much I’m enjoying the the VTech LS6245. I’m even even using our landline more often because of it! So far battery life on the handset seems good too. Looks good and works fine for normal calls but if you link your cell phone via Bluetooth it sounds bad. It doesn't feel very comfortable holding it in your hand and doesn't rest in your shoulder well. The touch buttons require you to unlock the phone for every use. I rarely use my home and bought it simply for looks. Read more

I have been using a cordless phone in my home office for many years. I use it extensively for conference calls and the best part is to have a headset that I can plug into the cordless handset and roam around the house. My trusty phone broke down so i did some research on the latest and greatest phones out there. I researched a number of phones and read lots of reviews. - - I do like the bluetooth integration with my mobile. Base has a much stronger signal than lugging the cell and a headset around all day. However, I wish that incoming...
- - LCD display has a very limited viewing angle. Unless you are looking directly overhead of the base it is barely viewable

So far seems to work well in a multi-story condo. In the past, with older phones, got a lot of interference when using handheld phones. The satellite phones very frequently couldn't locate the base phone. Not sure if that was city-related. Read more
