Summary: A wonderful phone, very clear and one can add several extensions. We ordered Orange phone to go with this one for my Husbands workshop. Takes awhile to get it programmed with the main base, but it will work.
Summary: I've only begun using it today, and it appears to work quite well. Nice, clear signal, loaded with a lot of good features, but the lack of an input for a headset really has me scratching my head. Why did they leave off so valuable a feature, I'd much rather they left out some of the more esoteric, & superfluous ones they've added. While it does have the capability of using the handset as a speakerphone, I'd much prefer the privacy & portability of plugging a headset in.
Summary: The device has not been working properly . Most of the time the computer states does it is not recognizing the device. Recommendation to plug it in again. Has worked after 4 to 10 efforts, but sometimes never. I regret this purchase, and will not order anything over the net anymore.
Summary: On Day 1 after 7 hours of charging, the base handset went "searching" when only 5 feet from the base. When I push TALK to dial a number, the signal goes awry, breaking up. The secondary handsets do not have this problem. I also found the setup directions incomplete and some parts difficult to understand. I do not recommend purchasing this this phone. I am returning to the store today.
Worked for one week. Maybe. And the "customer service?" Not so much.

Summary: I bought this phone three weeks ago. Last Saturday, one of the handsets stopped communicating with the base. I pored over the user's manual that came with the phone (useless), searched for more detailed information online (equally useless), and tried calling customer service. No answer, as they are only open M-F 8 am to 5 pm central time. Tried their "24/7" customer service via the web... and nearly a week later have yet to receive a response to my query.
