Excerpt: Our house is equipped with several phones, including a rotary dial phone . Problem is, the rotary dial phone is located on the wall, right next to where I do my work. I was tired of not having a phone with caller ID, and how can one be expected to select 1 or 2, on a rotary phone ? What if one needs to redial? Pause, hold, or put the phone on speaker? All those questions were quite enough to purchase a cordless phone. I wanted one cordless headset phone, with a base.
Summary: I am very happy with this purchase. The quality of sound is very good, only the main phone with the answering machine has to be connected to a phone line, the other two just plug in to a 120v outlet to keep the battery charged. Pretty cool because there is no need to add additional phone lines, just plug in to the wall. The features are easy to access as well.
