handsets refuse to charge

Laurence Davis, Amazon
11 June 2014
  • Summary: i am of the opinion that all sagemcom sixty phones are faulty by design and there may be the odd individual unit that works fine. i bought 2 sixty phones and both could only be used to make and receive calls from the base unit. the headsets could not get charged from the base units.

All style & no substance

go girl, Amazon
25 March 2014
  • Summary: Bought this phone 18 months ago mainly because of its great looks. I liked the quirkiness of the dial and the cute 'end of round' ring when you hang up. The fact that you can only dial out whilst sitting by the phone was a little irritating but forgiven because of it's stylishness.

Style over Substance

Phil30, Amazon
16 February 2013
  • Summary: Anyone in need of a phone that actually works should take note of some of the poor reviews on here. It looks amazing. We live in a traditional style property and didnt like the styling of the mainstream cordless phones out there. This fits the bill and we have had a lot of comments about it.

Worst buy

Nick, Amazon
20 January 2013
  • Summary: We have had nothing but problems with this since buying it. The quality of the call is poor the answer phone quality is poor, some times does not even registor a call. We will be trying another make and model. On the plus side it does look sleak and slender.

Quirky orange phone

Rachel, Amazon
27 November 2012
  • Summary: Our old phones went wrong and my husband likes the colour orange. I thought this would be a nice present. The display and design of the phone is nice however there are no buttons on the handset apart from finishing the call. If you pick up the handset wrongly you can cut the other person off.

Style over substance

Camel T. King, Amazon
27 November 2012
  • Summary: I bought this as a change from the regular 'candybar' cordless phones. The images reminded me of phones in my childhood. It is supposed to have modern technology. Now I have had it a month, what do I think? Looks excellent, sounds equally good. I like the animations when you 'dial' a number.

Phone

William G., Amazon
27 November 2012
  • Summary: You have to be standing next to the phone if you ever want to answer it, as the phone only rings twice, this is not what i paid a lot of money for. Its just for the look no good as a phone.

Not practical, good for display..

F. Deen, Amazon
27 November 2012
  • Summary: It's a beautiful retro/contemporary piece, but not very practical. You need to be at the base to dial the numbers, as the receiver only has a button to answer or end calls (also can be annoying when you accidentally press it during a call).

A gimmick

Eugene Francis Carroll, Amazon
27 November 2012
  • Summary: Sorry I really wanted to love this quirky little phone I bought it and have been using it now about 6 weeks- and it's so annoying - yes it certainly looks good and I did get a very strange look off the postman one day when he called while I was in mid conversation for a signature I answered the door...
