Summary: The display screen does not light up, making it hard to read. For some reason, the phone adds the numeral 1 in front of received calls. This seems to disable the call return function. The keypad has a mushy feel. Generally a disappointing product.
Excerpt: I use the product at my home desk and like the big-ish buttons and the caller ID, and the mute, flash, pause, and redial functions. They're basic, but mostly all I need. I would like a speaker function, but for that I would have had to pay a lot more and deal with more programming that I wouldn't want to bother with.
Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Handset, Durable, Good Sound Quality, Nice Features
Excerpt: I have been using Panasonic phones for over twenty years, having bought over 15 of their phones over the years and have been a very satisfied customer up to now. This is the worst one ever. I have not one good thing to say about this phone. The ring tone is too low. The voice quality is horrible; it sounds hollow and you hear your own voice louder than the caller's. The handset slips off your shoulder or even your hand too easily.
