Summary: I use the product at my home desk and like the big-ish buttons and the caller ID, and the mute, flash, pause, and redial functions. They're basic, but mostly all I need. I would like a speaker function, but for that I would have had to pay a lot more and deal with more programming that I wouldn't want to bother with.
Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Handset, Durable, Good Sound Quality, Nice Features
Summary: Run Multiple high volume delivery spots. these phones are great for durability....EXCEPT...The wall mounts on the back break very fast. Tried to call Panansonic, wrote letters. they fall off wall after mount breaks......Very frustrating....no help. I can not be the only person to know this...Fix it and you would have a great phone. its been around for years...get a clue!!!
Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good Sound Quality
Summary: I have been using Panasonic phones for over twenty years, having bought over 15 of their phones over the years and have been a very satisfied customer up to now. This is the worst one ever. I have not one good thing to say about this phone. The ring tone is too low. The voice quality is horrible; it sounds hollow and you hear your own voice louder than the caller's. The handset slips off your shoulder or even your hand too easily.
Summary: The base was exactly what I had expected it to be. It came in really good condition, considering that I bought it used. One small problem was the batteries that it came with were not Panasonic batteries, so it wouldn't work. I was lucky to have two stored away and was able to make the swap. After that it worked like a dream.
Summary: I am very disappointed in this phone. For instance, to retrieve a phone number from your personal list, you have to press the big button to the left and then down and go through the whole list to get to the number you want.
