Conclusion: This is the perfect solution for telephone line replacement to save money, we never use our tel lines, we receive the calls over cell phones, the only thing is only one pair of hansets, we need more.
Summary: Bluetooth works flawlessly. I had been concerned with echo and delay, but the sound quality is excellent. The phone allows for smart editing incoming phone numbers for use in the phonebook. I use this with a landline and two cell phones and it works great. I could see using it easily with only cells.

Summary: Amazon Verified Purchase ( What's this? ) This has been the coolest tech toy I have purchased in a while. I live in an area with high RF interference and couldn't get cell reception in my room, using the room phone at .10 per minute didn't feel right, so when I saw this product, I thought it was too good to be true! So far, it has been exactly what I needed!
Summary: The cordless on landline works fine but cell link drops calls after what seems to be a overload or bluetooth interference? Anybody which starts class action please include me because a company should ot ignore complaints;
Summary: Thanks Panasonic. I invested in this phone for my home and home office and now I have a few hundred dollars of equipment that drops calls almost every time I place one.. It seemed so convenient to just be able to plug in anywhere but it's not convenient when you're on the phone with a client and the call drops 3 times.
Summary: The reports about dropped calls are true. While in principle this is a great product, it simply is not reliable. While you are on a call, the handset will arbitrarily disengage from the call, sending you to scramble and find your cell phone, where the other party is saying "are you there?" I have returned mine several times, and they have replace with remanufactured and then with new units and 14 months later, the phone still is not reliable and will not hold a call.
Summary: I have had this phone almost a year now - the bluetooth functionality is fine, but the landline drops almost every call after about a minute of talk time. I have tried the base unit in various locations, in case it was an interference issue, but it isn't. I am very 'electronic saavy', and have found this just isn't a good buy. Save you dollars and use them on a better product.
Summary: Forget this item. And forget Panasonic support. The most important thing to know is that the TH1211/1212/1211B/1212B works only with TGA930 or TGA935 handsets. We have a 5 handset TG6445 system and it will not work with the 1211 (or 1212) very well. It is possible to register the TG6445 handsets with the 1211 but: (1) you must keep the landline plugged in because those handsets will only be able to dial out on the landline and (2) re-registering leaves the TG6445...
