This is my second try with this phone because I thought my original one was defective. Quite often, the phone will ring and I am unable to answer it using one of the handsets (no one in particular). It just goes blank so I end up having to seek out another handset to answer the call. I then relink the 3 handsets to their bases and then hope for the best when they are removed. So annoying! Read more

This is a great quality phone with all the latest features - talking caller id, talking alarm, controlling which phone rings at night etc. Despite one of the handsets dying, i am planning on getting a replacement and stick with the phone. Read more

Set up was easy and the universal memory (all phones remember all saved info on any handset) was really nice. But I started having problems with the phones within a couple of months. I am now on the third failure of a replacement phone in less than a year... the same phone! Problems: phones will often drop signals when connecting to the answering service or to incoming... Sorry Panasonic. Loved the phones and the voice quality was fine. Problem is that the handsets drop the connection to the base station randomly causing your call to drop. Not good for business calls! Contacted Panasonic customer service while they were under warranty. Sent replacement ones (recertified, not new). Replacements worked fine for 3 months and then starting doing the same thing. Replacements stay on original warranty period so now they are out of warranty.... Read more or see product

Read the reviews on other sites before buying!! I had all the same problems others have had. Would say battery was low even when fully charged. Would shut off when answering a call. Just a real piece of junk. Bought a vtech and love it!! Read more
