  • Pros: Works well for about a year
  • Cons: So far 2 cradles have malfunctioned. Panasonic sent me a new one and now i am trying to get 3 more because a second one has failed and i am afraid the other two will fail also. there is some fault in the cradle

  • Summary: I have never written a bad review before but felt I had to do so regarding this telephone. I purchased this phone in June 2013. Within two months, the first charger died. I could charge the handset on another charger, so I knew it was not the handset.

  • Summary: I purchased this system when my Uniden system began to die after 6 years. Actually I think 6 years was rather good as hard as we use these phones. The Panasonic system got really great reviews on several sites and my past experience with Panasonic phones was good. This experience was not good.

  • Summary: This phone is to difficult for seniors to understand. We would appreciate just being able to pick it up and say "hello and goodbye" without all that other stuff about connecting to cell phones and all that other mumble jumble. The sound quality is also very poor. I returned mine in less than a week.

  • Summary: I initially loved these phones, but the answering machine wasn't answering calls. Further investigation through Panasonic, revealed that the answering machine will only pick up calls from other land-lines. Most of my contacts call me from cell phones and now can't leave a message.
