Summary: We needed 3 additional extensions on our opone system. The cost of the refurbed phones was perfect for our use. The quality of the refurbs was excellent (which was our worry when purchased). After 3 months of heavy use, the phones have provided excellent service. This was a good investment.
Summary: I bought this phone and 5 extra handsets and the headphone jack design is defective - all headsets have failed more than once and I can no longer afford to pay $40 a pop just to fix the poorly designed defective handsets.
Summary: I have used this phone in my home office for about 12 months. One month after purchase from Amazon, a remote phone unit failed. It was replaced at no charge. Now, the base unit stops working unexpectedly, with no dial tone until the AC power cord is unplugged and then reconnected. I have bought several Panasonic phones during the past 20 years, but this model's reliability is the worst.
Summary: This vendor was too inflexible to change shipping instructions and as a result the product was never received. Vendor then had the temerity to say the I returned the product. Not true - never received. I wanted it.
Summary: We were happy we had purchased a phone that made it easy to expand with additional extensions when needed. My only wish is that there was a "redial" button on the handset. Only one is on the main base.
Summary: I have owned several of these Panasonic phones for a few years and they have been bulletproof flawless!!!! The sound quality on the speakerphone is incredible, which is the way I typically use them. The speakerphone sounds so great, it almost sounds like the person is in the room with you!!! Panasonic is very, very impressive!!!!!
Summary: I've had the system for years and wasn't sure if it would work in a bigger house - but it works brilliantly. I actually bought a system with higher (6.0) Ghz and it was not as good as this, I guess they don't make 'em like they used to.
Summary: Spending extra money on a "name brand" phone with 3 wireless handsets and caller ID seemed like a "smart move"....WRONG!! Problems began from the very start, even problems with PANASONIC CORPORATION keeping their word and replacing the units. First, the calller ID did not work very well on all of the phones- intermittent at best.
