Summary: I bought this phone because it has a call block feature for 250 different phone numbers. I get nuisance calls often, so now I just block their number, plus it blocks Unknown, Not Available, or calls with No Caller ID. These calls ring once, then they are instantly disconnected. 99% of home phones that offer a call block feature only block up to 30 numbers. This blocks 250. I have 75 blocked numbers in my phone bank and this was so worth it.
Summary: This is my second Panasonic cordless. The first one I had for six years. The new one is similar but the quality of the speaker phone is poor. Outside of checking voicemail I don't use this feature much so I can live with it. Voice quality on the handset however, is excellent. The one other thing I find annoying is that there doesn't seem to be a way to Erase All the missed calls like there was on my first Panasonic. Gotta erase one at a time. Ugh.
Summary: Panasonic needs to go back to the drawing board when it comes to KX-TG6841 and their speaker on the handset. When I listen to someone talk to me the sound I hear on the other end of the phone is tinny sounding and sometimes you hear an echo. But the tinny sound had me packing the phone back up after a day of use, returning.
Pros: Very cute phone, love holding the small handsetin my small hand!
Summary: I really like this phone. It has alot of different features, like you can still use it in a blackout. I have it set for when it rings it plays jingle bells. I'm rating it a four because every time it rings or if I make a call it says new voice mail and I have to press the pound key to get rid of it, this happens EVERY time, sooo annoying!!
Summary: For anyone having difficulty hearing the incoming conversation, this is a delight. I have discouraged phone calls for years, both outgoing and incoming, and with the phone's ability to add treble to the electronics, this has made me into a telephone person again. Thinking that adding the appropriate communication headphone (KXTCA400) to this phone would make it better, I was disappointed. It did not.
Pros: Comfortable Handset, Compact design, Easy To Set Up, Good Sound, Good Speakerphone, Nice Features, Strong Signal, Wide Range
Summary: Seems like a good phone. I like that most functions (caller ID, phonebook, listening to messages, etc.) are available on both the handset and base unit. I slightly miss there being a blinking light when there has been a missed call, but not a big deal.
