Summary: Have only been using this new phone system for about a month. So far, I'm very happy. Pretty easy to set up; looks great; sounds okay, too. Only thing I've noticed is that from my end, when I'm talking, sounds like line is dead. People on the other end say everything sounds fine, though. Have tried several times - as has my son - to get rid of the vocal caller id. It could drive one nuts!
Summary: We are not heavy users of our land line - we still get the majority of calls on our cell - but this phone seems to have done well so far. We have not pushed the limits in terms of distance from receiver base, reception through structures, interference from other handsets or other issues that can plague phones. We have not utilized the additional features, such as the phonebook or answering message system (again we rarely need to use it) so I can't comment on that.
Summary: My mother-in-law kept buying cheap phones from local discount stores and they would only last a couple of months. I was always going over there to try to make them work right. I got tired of that and we purchased her these Panasonic phones, end of problems. Phones work great!
Summary: All in all we are pretty pleased with the phone. It's great to have the 3 phones come with it. The only negative thing I would have to say is the message voice is a little fuzzy when playing back but I can understand it pretty well.
Summary: This phone set works well, looks sleek and stylish, and the technology is advanced. When I read it says the caller id so you can know who's calling, I did not believe it. But, it is true. I have only one complaint, when talking on the phone its not completely clear and the volume isnt too high. Besides that, it is a really good phone.
Summary: We were knee deep in old phones in this house and had to find something else. Though we would opt for Panasonic this time. We have Vonage so it was imperative to find a phone system with extra handsets. This phone lives up to its expectations. DECT wins for clear coverage even at great distances (at the neighbors two doors down). The speakerphone is loud and clear. I have no need for the answering machine, as we have voicemail.
Summary: No complaints with this phone. Reception is good, features are worth it and build is solid. I have no "white" noise issues that others are talking about. This phone is built stronger than the uniden we had. The talking caller ID is what makes this phone. The phone book feature only requires you to enter name and number on one handset and it automatically transfers information to other sets.
Summary: I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. Mine works great. Very clear. Nice features. Cool look. Lightweight handpiece. My only complaint is that I use Voicemail and I wish it were easier to get to those messages.
