Cons: My wi-FI interferes with the phones. Can't use any of the handsets in the same end of my house as the router is located. My router has both 2.4 and 5.0 ghz signals, and I am guessing it is the 2.4 that interferes with it. Makes an annoying clicking noise in the phone every few seconds.
Summary: My review begins AFTER:: I put together AND set up all 5 phones, side by side, powered up all 5 phones and waited the approximately 7 hours for full battery charge up!!!! When I was satisfied that I had accomplished all prep work as per your instructions, I began my review: Here are my findings::: 1. I made some test calls to friends on Phone #1-Result--Volume was VERY poor thru the earpiece so I turned on the speaker phone.
Summary: I like the number of phones in this package. It gives us flexibility as to where we pick up the call. We don't have to hunt for a phone. I also like the way the phones are powered. They use regular rechargeable batteries instead of the grossly overpriced ones used in other brands. They have good, clear reception anywhere in the house. It would be nice if they had more "ring tone' options, but that's not a big deal.
Summary: This is a great product, I purchased it in a grey metal color which is easy to see and very easy to program. It is worth every penny i paid and the salesman at Walmart was very helpful as well. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Summary: I purchased this phone because of Panasonic's reputation. However, I was very disappointed because there is a lot of static in all of the handsets and, while speaking on the phone, my voice kept cutting out. I could hear callers fine but they could not hear me. I am returning the phone to my local Walmart and will try a different make.
Summary: This set was a great price, but the sound is awful- very tinny. The "tone" in dialing is more like the old pulse/touch-tone phones. The features, like listening to your messages from any handset are cool, along with being able to put 5 phones in any place in the house. But I would not buy these phones again.
Summary: I found this set to be convenient in that once numbers are programmed in to one set they automatically transfer to the other 4. I do not like the choices of ring tones - they are all rather tinny. Also I found the volume to be weaker than on my previous Panasonic 3 handset system. The convenience of the 5 handsets outweighs these negatives.
Summary: This is a phone, It does not use phone company signal to set time, it doesn't show waiting voice mail with a flash light, no headset plug. Panasonic makes great phones, this one could have had those feature available.
