Summary: I'm not on the phone a lot nor do I use it a lot so when I do sometimes I do not know the menus as well as I would maybe 2-3 years down the road after owning these (I've only had them a few months). Not really a fault of the phone, so not listed as a con.
Pros: Easy to use for the basic stuff, and setting up the other features isn't a pain either. I've been using it with a VoIP service with no issues whatsoever. Great battery and range. Audible caller ID is a plus.
Cons: None, really, at least for my usage (very basic and not all that frequent to be honest).
Summary: I am an admitted researcher. I'm careful with what I buy and make sure that what I buy is what I want. I read reviews, cross-reference other websites, etc. I purchased this set for $49.99 on sale w/free shipping. After owning this set, I would have paid full price plus shipping (Sorry NewEgg).
Pros: Silent Mode, Talking Call ID, Speakerphone/Intercom, Overall Design, Headset Jack, Intelligent & Easy-to-Use, Individualized settings for each handset
Summary: Just hope replacements are still available at Newegg when the unit finally dies!
Pros: I bought this system (with 2 add-on phones) from Newegg 2 years ago and it's been a "real performer". Reception distance is great, even in the garage and back yard. The verbal caller ID is a plus for call monitoring (you need caller ID option on your phone service). Has many other features like n...
Summary: I would recommend these to anyone. Newegg also never ceases to amaze me with their quick deliveries.
Pros: Great range and clarity, speakerphone works great, headset jack if I need it, good battery life, talking caller id, answering machine call screening can be heard from all handsets. I didn't expect to feel so gratified from buying a couple of phones. Part of that was because I replaced 2 other cor...
Cons: The ringer, headset and speaker phone are acceptably loud, but not (LOUD). If you have trouble hearing, perhaps this isn't the phone for you.
Pros: This phone has it all. wonderful voice call display telling you the number and the name of the person calling you. Good sound quality, and range! You can block unwanted calls, so you never have to deal with people you don't want. and it can even double as an intercom system in your house.
Cons: I cant find a single thing wrong with the phone.
Summary: I don't really like answering the phone unless it's someone I know. If it tells me a number instead of a name, I usually let the answering machine get it. The base is small so it fits almost anyplace.
Pros: Pros: 1. Cooler Ringtons - 2. Ability to BLOCK CALLS (think elections, people you don't want to talk too. - 3. It VERBALLY says who the caller is or number so you don't have to actually look at the phone - 4. Large time and date. - 5. Lasts a long time on standby not in charger a week plus. Think...
Cons: I think I might like it if it were alittle louder, but then it might be annoying. I needed the manual to figure out some features, which isn't really a con either, the manual is easy enough (and downloadable), just made my learning curve a bit quicker.
