Pros: Easy to use for the basic stuff, and setting up the other features isn't a pain either. I've been using it with a VoIP service with no issues whatsoever. Great battery and range. Audible caller ID is a plus.
Cons: None, really, at least for my usage (very basic and not all that frequent to be honest).
Summary: Best phone purchased so far. Easy setup. Regular rechargeable AAA battery makes it cheaper to replace. Message waiting indicator on top of each handset is clever. Compact base is a plus. Has all the features for a great price.

Cons: I think I might like it if it were alittle louder, but then it might be annoying. I needed the manual to figure out some features, which isn't really a con either, the manual is easy enough (and downloadable), just made my learning curve a bit quicker.
