Summary: I contacted Panasonic and they wanted me to send the phones in, at my expense, for "refurbished" phones. They would not guarantee that the newer phones wouldn't have the same problem!
Pros: Voice quality is decent only. Range is good.
Cons: All of the lettering printed directly on the phone, such as "Redial" and "CID" wears off within weeks just from holding it to your ear. I rarely use these, so it's not from wear and tear. It appears to be from skin oils. It's a manufacturing defect, plain and simple.
Summary: I don't have a landline so my cell phone is my only means of telecommications but it can be challenging to grab the calls since there is only one cell phone and a number of rooms of which I could be in.
Summary: I'm not sure if my grandmother got new hearing aids or her hearing got more sensitive, but she began complaining about her previous handsets buzzing with interference with her hearing aids. Her old phone system was a cheaper system from V-Tech. This system is prosumer: high end consumer stuff.

Summary: Très satisfait de cet ensemble, il est simple à configurer,le son est clair et le répondeur enregistre parfaitement les messages avec un bonne qualité sonore, je déplore par contre les langues de configuration qui se limitent à l'Anglais et l'Espagnol.
