DOES NOT ACCEPT A HEADSET - SO WHY ARE HEADSETS PAIRED WITH THIS PHONE AS AN OPTION?

Summary: There is nothing wrong with this product, the seller, or how it was shipped. What disappointed me is the fact that it was paired with a hands-free headset, which was specifically what I was looking for. On receiving the phone set and the headset, I was surprised to find that this phone does not accept a headset. There is quite simply nowhere to plug one in, either in the handsets or at the base station. I have a perfectly good cordless phone already.
Summary: and there were some aspects of the programming from other remotes that weren't going to work out well. this unit did pretty well. it allowed a one-button approach to movies/ blu-ray palyer and to the cable box. the only thing it seemed to persistently refuse to learn and manage was an off-brand soundbar. i thought it solved the problem well, for the most part, and for an inexpensive solution i'd do it again.
Summary: This is the worst phone ever. Not one person I have spoken to on it has had a good connection with my phone causing static, buzzing or cutting out. I have to remain in a 10 foot radius or it cuts out so what's the point of a cordless phone? The features are not just a one button access like my last Uniden phone where i could access the call log easily. So far there is not one feature I like.
Summary: I wouldn't purchase it again. It feels flimsy and neither my husband nor I like the ring. There are options but all are unpleasant. The volume isn't what I need either. I had hoped to be able to block calls but it doesn't have that feature. Very disappointed.
Summary: These phones were a christmas present for my parents. They arrive on time, one week before expected, indeed. Unfortunately my parents called me after christmas to let me know that the phones didn't work. One piece of the base was broken. So I had to return them and buy another set in another store. I wasn't happy to know that my gift was a bad choice!
