Summary: The phone book built into the handset sorts alphabetically on the name rather than on the order you enter them. For years phones have had a notion of a slot for the number you store and sort numbers by those slots. Since the UI is limited on a phone the slot concept makes sense so that your most used number is in slot 1, limiting the amount of scrolling you have to do. No biggie just need to put a 1 in front of the thing I want to appear first but still annoying.
Pros: It is compact and looks nice.
Cons: No speaker phone at base although that is clearly listed as a product feature
Summary: I had read in other reviews that they had to send back the phone because the wireless headset did not work. I thought "this won't happen to me"....taaa-daaaa. I did have to send it back because the headset did not work! After a month and 2 phone calls I still don't have it. 2 weeks ago it was "you will have it by the end of the week" . Yesterday's call was "we have a new shipment coming in tomorrow and we will overnight it to you, I will follow up and make sure.
Summary: My parents and I are disable they can not hear to well and I can not see the product stated that it was 6.0 amplified but they can not hear it still and the key pad does not light up to see it.
Summary: A very limited phonebook, poor battery duration- most cell phones have a longer battery duration, no clips on handsets.. As a motorola fan I am let down big time !! A waste of money. I will be looking at other brands next time around.
Summary: I purchased this phone because of the blue tooth option. I love the idea of hands free. I tried for three days to get it to work, but finally called Motorola support. They told me the blue tooth cannot be replaced itself, the whole unit must be replaced. If you decide to purchase one, make sure you keep the packaging so you can return it, if the blue tooth does not function.
