Summary: Besides the looks, everything else about this phone is awful. Interface is clunky and not at all intuitive, many functions and settings are difficult to find. Menus change mid-call, so if you dial a number and then choose the keypad because you want enter number for phone banking, suddenly the keypad will disappear. Worst of all it's shockingly slow, keypad response etc. I've got 2 of these and after 18 months I'm getting something else.

I have had a telephone engineer in who tells me the phone is fine but I need a replacement base unit! I dont know how I can get this if no help line number!! I have sent this back as was not working and received it later (7 days) and told it was working.
Summary: I have a couple of gigaset telephones, and I have been happy with them - until this particular one! I found it to be the most difficult phone to use so unresponsive we had to press buttons so many times to have the keypad options, I have now sent it back for a refund
