Excerpt: I liked that you just pick up the phone and talk. No buttons needed to be pushed before talking on the corded phone.

I would have liked it to have a 1 page reference sheet of instructions (cheat sheet) that could be kept under the phone and easily accessed as my parents are 85 and forget some of the options.
Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Handset, Durable, Good Sound Quality, Nice Features
Excerpt: The speed dial on the corded phone has 5 buttons M1-M5. The speed dial on the cordless has room for 10 numbers but you just push the number. Very confusing for seniors to have two different set ups.
Excerpt: This phone was purchased for my parents who are hard of hearing. They are still having a very hard time learning how to use it. And the clarity of the phone is way to low for there needs.
The price was right. But that's about it.
Excerpt: Purchased this for my Dad who is hard of hearing. Although the volume control was of some help to him, he could not master how to use the answering device. The manual is poorly written and was of no help to him. A younger person familiar with computer use would be able to figure out how the answering machine functions. An older person could not. He asked me to return the system because it frustrated him.
Excerpt: The system does not give a caller either a busy signal or takes a message when I am using the phone! I am told that it just keeps ringing which makes the caller think that i am not at home! If there is a way to correct this problem please let me know!
Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Handset, Durable, Good sound, Good Sound Quality
Cons: I Have Been Unable To Set, Poor Instructiona
