Summary: I thoroughly checked which battery model number was required for my phone and this was the one. When I went to put it in, the battery would not go in. It took one look To realize that it has a lip that extends out, preventing it from going into the little battery socket in my phone. Why would this be if it had the designated model number. Very frustrating because I'm still left with no phone battery AND had to make arrangements to send it back and get credit.
Summary: I bought this for my 90 yr. old aunt who has macular degeneration. It really is NOT a good "low vision" phone. There are also better phones out there with much greater amplification. Speed dial function did not work well and no directions on how to use it! I had to call Clarity.
Pros: 2 phone combo, Lots of Bells Whistles
Cons: Bad side button placement, Terrible Instructions
Summary: My mom bought this phone and said she would wait for my visit to get the features set up correctly. I wondered why an intelligent, computer-capable women need help setting up a phone? Then I got there and worked with it. Problems: • The caller history lists recent calls as phone numbers only. Since she has caller ID, why isn't the caller's name included? My Panasonic phone certainly does, why not Clarity?
Cons: Display was hard to read, Miserable call history, No backlight for screen
