Huh? What was that you said? I can't understand you!

Summary: Just got these at work the other day and the call sound quality is pretty bad. I'm thinking it may vary with the network it's on and network load. The thing I can't stand the most is you can bearly hear yourself through the handset. People on the other end sound fine MOST of the time, but there are days when they sound like a bad cell phone connection. Speakerphone funtion is muffled and sounds really compressed.
Summary: Great Phone. We have a few thousand of them at work. Much easier to use than the IP phone from my last employer. I use a headset for conference calls and the sound quality is fantastic. Happy to have the Cisco phone.
Summary: The phone looks nice, looks like it's of good construction. I have a feeling I'm paying about a 30% premium just based on it's name. I expected more of these devices. We have had two fail in the last two months. Cisco replaced it without a headache so that was at least good. I'm disappointed in the failure rate and in such a short time. I may update this later to let you know how these phones are doing in a year or two.
