Summary: Good points Good sound reproduction on the answerphone unlike many cordless phones Bad points Too much technology has features we will never use. Other thoughts Would like a light to show when the phone is on, especially as we get quite a few power cuts.
Summary: Good points easy to set up,easy to use for a stroke person ,down side sound quality is good but:- Bad points lack of volume ,very poor unless in a silent environment. could do with another 15to20 dB
Summary: I purchased this phone as a replacement for my old BT response 123 which was wall mounted in my narrow hall, there being no room to put it elsewhere. Unfortunately the description shown on 'Amazon' fails to state that this phone, i.e. the Paragon 550 is not suitable for wall mounting!!!
Summary: This is a great phone, with all of the features I needed. Looks nice and works a treat, lots of great features and priced about right. But whoever created those awful ringtones needs shooting, point blank. Seriously, bring back the 80's why don't you. They are truly awful.
Summary: Not a phone I would recommend to anybody, the ring tones are awful, overall volume is too quiet, cant hear it ring when not in the same room, and we live in a bungalow, and no, we are not hard of hearing. General setting up was confusing and the instruction manual could be a bit clearer.
Summary: I purchased this 'phone as a replacement for my old "BT Response 123" which had started to lose all numbers in the phone's memory. Unfortunately what the Item description did not state was that this 'phone could not be wall mounted.
