Summary: I found this phone rather clunky. The receiver is heavy and I would say it could simply do with recognising which century we are in. Perhaps that's what I should expect from a good value phone.
Summary: This is the second time we have purchased this phone as it is compatible with hearing aids. We bought this second one as the first became faulty. Again we are going to have to buy a new phone as this has become faulty after the guarantee has expired and I may be liable for £130 as I had an engineer out to check my phone line etc and he informed me it was the phone - DO NOT BUY this model.
Summary: This was purchased to replace my faulty large button telephone. It was very simple to set up. It is attatched to the wall and is pleasing to the eye. Value Tech dispatched promptly as promised. I Thank them for their 1st.Class Service. Thankyou.
Summary: I was pleasantly surprised by the audio quality of the phone. I use it almost exclusively with a headset (RJ11) and could immediately notice the difference in the audio quality from my old NRX Evo 350. The microphone also worked considerably better with this phone. The handsfree speakerphone is not very loud but perfectly usable and along with the volume control and secrecy (mute) button it has everything I need in a home office phone.
