Summary: I thought I found the perfect phone system. boy, was I surprised. Too many problems to list. another Chinese piece of junk! technical support was a joke. when this not knowledgable person couldn't answer my questions, they just disconnected me. AT&T used to be a great company, it appears they went down the toilet like many other American companies when they decided to manufacture in China. please bring American products back, and please hire competent people.
Summary: I bought this AT&T 4 line small business phone system to replace my original AT&T 2 line small business phone system, and the new one has more tech applications but still is an excellent user friendly phone system. I do highly recommend it.
Summary: You can't find this in the manuals... AT&T / V-Tech SB67118 Base & SB67108 Handset To access the service menu and deregister handsets: 1. On handset, press Menu 2. Enter code: *883247# 3. Scroll down to Deregister and press Enter 4. Remove handset battery for 10 seconds 5. Handset will restart and display the 'Please Register with Base Station' message.
Summary: Right off the bat... installed it in about 5 minutes. Almost exactly like the Panasonic system we replaced. Programming was almost identical. After we added our messages for incoming calls we attacked every problem people pointed out in their reviews. None are true... you need to go back and read the book. It's all there. Four stars cuz nothing is perfect, but so far so good.
Summary: We are a small business with 4 employees on site. We were about to purchase a full $3,000 phone system when we found this product, and we couldn't be happier. It includes an auto-attendant and voicemail, and does virtually everything that a small business like ours needs. A few drawbacks: 1. Two people can't be on the same line at one time 2.
Summary: This system was bought to replace an old and failing Panasonic system in a small office. It has surpassed expectations. It's nice that each person in the office has a handset that is assigned exclusively to them and they each have their own voicemail. The music on hold leaves alot to improve on, however it can be replaced with music of your choice (haven't done that yet, but the instructions make it look simple). The clarity of the signal is also excellent.
Summary: We got these phones to replace our old Panasonic system. We have only had them about a month, but so far we like them. They were very easy to set up. I had the base and 3 extra handsets set up in less than an hour. The hold music is not very good, but there is a way to add your own. I haven't had time to do that yet, but we definately will be changing the hold music.
