Summary: This is the BEST phone I have found. I have returned 3 different cheaper phones, because they were very poorly build/designed. The keypads did not hold up, they were so light weight that they would fall off the desk and I had to hold it while I was dialing. Not with this phone. it has weight, the touch pad is much better than the others and it has all the features I was looking for plus a bunch more like different ring tones, the option of hearing your messages as they...
Excerpt: Being able to have my business line and my home line in the same phone is incredibly handy for me during the day. I love the ease of use, the great sound quality and the advanced features. This one is a must have!
Excerpt: This is a nice phone for a one to two man office. It was actually purchased to replace the same model phone that was bought a few years back. That previous phone did have some minor issues with outgoing call volume: this one seems to work fine on all levels. I use it with an older Talk Switch box that serves as a auto attendant and answering system. For the price, this is a good choice of phone for a small business with one to two employees.
Excerpt: I have always loved AT&T phones which is why I automatically ordered this phone. I like every thing about it, except it will not complete a call to any number containing a "4". I have had a total of 4 of these ML17939 phones trying to find one that will work, to no avail. Works on pulse dial but not tone dial.
Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Handset, Durable, Good Sound Quality
Summary: Did not need a 2 line phone but wanted a corded phone that would work with a headset, at my computer. Unfortunately the Panasonic KX TCA60 Hands Free Headset I orered did not work and I had to return it. Have been using my old corded headset until I can find a replacement.
Summary: Great phone because it has an answering machine, headset jack and 2 line option. Speaker phone works well as does the answering system. Only real downside is that the buttons are a little stiff and this could be problematic if u make a lot of outbound calls. Hopefully the get easier with use.
