Summary: The price was very good, the buttons are large enough for my mother with age-related macular degeneration to make out. The display could have had more contrast and the handset cord was definitely too short. It had to be replaced because the phone was constantly being dragged off the table onto the floor. With a $12 handset cord from Radio Shack, the total cost of some $42 was still a bargain.
Summary: Easy to set up. Clear view screen. Easier to see the buttons. Easiest to access & manage calls. Other reviewers complained of light keeping them up...not a problem. Aim the phone at a different angle. Excellent Price for this phone. Really good choice for elderly parents who are technology-challenged and whose eyes/ears are not as sharp.
Summary: I am amazed at the capability and quality of this phone in view of the low cost. Its answering, speakerphone and various dialing and receiving features work flawlessly. This is one of the most satisfying recent purchases I have made. Bravo AT&T!
