Good low-end processor
19 December 2012
Summary: This processor handles very well for an average user. I would recommend purchasing an i5 instead if you are looking to game, as this processor does lag on the higher demanding games. However, it is satisfactory for my purposes and was well worth the purchase.
Summary: The processor works great! Great performance for the price, and it can make a solid-fast PC for daily use on regular applications.... It's just 2 cores, but it is also so cheap, so, you never lose!
Summary: I bought this for my first rig to play games and help me learn some computer science. It can handle probably any game with no problems, just make sure you got a decent gpu. This card is a great entry level CPU for gaming, and all my programs were quick and responsive.
Summary: Bought this for my new fileserver / HTPC. Paired it with Biostar H61MU3 H61 Micro ATX Motherboard (product link wouldn't work) and . It's running Ubuntu 11.10 with XBMC Eden driving 1080p with audio over HDMI. Great performance, no problems.
Summary: Even though this is not part of the i series, it provides great price to performance ratios. At first I was kinda skeptical of purchasing this mainly because it is the lower end of intel's cpus. I mainly use my desktop for school, so I rarely play high-demanding games.
Summary: this is a very good low range processor that will get most things done that an office pc would need together with a corresponding motherboard. it may not be good enough for gamers but at the price you cannot expect miracles.
Summary: Sehr guter Processor für Office-Rechner, Rechenleistung reicht absolut aus, bisher schon einige Male verbaut - bisher ohne Beschwerden. Der mitgelieferte Boxed-Lüfter war bisher auch immer OK, nicht zu laut, wie man es von älteren Boxed-Versionen schon einmal kannte.
