Summary: I bought a i5 3330 to run windows server 2012. The cpu has been great. System has 24g of ram and 7tb of combined hd space. I have had no problems running Hyper-V running Win7 and Win8 at same time. Going to load a linux workstation and server next. This is the best Ivy Bridge i5 cpu. Still a little pricey but worth it. This is not a problem with the CPU but make sure the mother board has up to date bios.
Summary: OMG, I got this cpu to put into my toaster to improve the duplex browning function, and boy was I impressed! It not only did a perfect browning on my fair trade, organic whole grain unobtanium bread, but it also started attaching itself to other appliances in the house! ice cubes freeze faster and clothes wash themselves! All those i5's in there really help!
Summary: Item is recieved in good working condition. Estimated delivery time was abit off but still bearable. Made my rig alot faster now! Previously used a pentium G series but now im convinced that my rig has much more mileage to go until its off the shelf.
Summary: I managed to get this one for $160. This was pretty much a steal, and it runs very smooth. Runs very cold at idle, and barely gets to 60C at full load. Love it. One problem is I wish the CPU fan was not such a terror to get into my motherboard. But that comes with every boxed CPU.
