Definitely a bang for your buck!

Summary: If you don't want to spend over $150 for a process then this is the right choice. This 2nd Generation i5 CPU runs like it's brand new. Even though I purchased it "Used", the processor has probably never been under any real stress loads as it came out of a Dell Optiplex business computer.

Summary: Bought this almost 4 years ago, still a very viable CPU and overclocks really well (I have it at 4.5 GHz with no issues). It keeps really cool as well under load (usually hovers at 30-35C under load with Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus).
Summary: I bough this in June of 2012 to put on a new 1155 Gigabyte MOBO. It is now January 2015 and I am just now thinking of replacing my entire setup. Since the entire 1155 serious is pretty much old school I'll be building around the newest Haswell architecture.
