it was not a 2 dual core cpu
24 October 2013
Summary: i bought this cpu 1 year ago, but recently i found out the i3-2105 was a single core cpu. I recently discovered from task manager that there's only one graph on cpu performance. I also talked with the Intel representative after doing the diagnosis the representative kept telling me it is a dual core. Furthermore, I used the cpu-z and speccy to examine and both software showed this cpu had only 1 core. Can I get a replacement???????
Summary: I'm not using this for gaming, just HTPC for streaming, bluray and web browsing. The on board HD3000 graphics is completely capable fo doing all of these tasks with our breaking a sweat. This is a perfect solution at a great price.
Summary: I've been using this on my HTPC for 3 months with excellent results. I originally had an i3-2120 but replaced it with the 2105 for a more powerful built-in video capability (and used the 2120 on my kid's pc). My only gripe is, the price dropped by $15 a day after I purchased this from Amazon Warehouse. Sigh...
Summary: I am satisfied with this quality Intel dual-core processor. I have paired it with the Intel DH67BLB3 Micro-ATX motherboard, a winning combination. Linux Mint 13 "Maya" runs smoothly, and best of all, the i3-2105 has Hyper-Threading and HD Graphics 3000 (12 graphical cores), so there's no need to buy a separate graphics card in my situation.
Summary: So far I really like this cpu it is much faster than my E2160 and scores real high on the tests ran on it so far.I also like the hd 3000 graphics and the price for it is not too bad at all.Does what I need it to do very well.
