Summary: I purchased this cpu used from Interweb, and there is a reason he has a 100% rating. In my opinion sellers do not get any better than this one. The item arrived promptly and was well packaged, then I received an email offering his assistance to install it.

Summary: I use a athlon xp on an old soyo motherboard with sata 150 to host windows home server- works like a charm, cost close to zero depending on the amount of castoff computer parts you have floating around your place or your mates.
Summary: I have been buying AMD processors all along. I have not tried any Intel. Since I know AMD is better pricing than Intel and performs equally, I do not need to waste extra money for an Intel. It is the same case for this processor. I installed this processor in about 10 minutes.
Pros: Very stable, price getting better, easy to install
Summary: Aside from the AMD Fan being just too weak, and sometimes too noisy, these processors are the best. I have purchased AMD Processors almost exclusively for several years now and have only had two go bad because I put a fan on them incorrectly (completely my fault). Their reliability is top notch.
Pros: Great Speed, Great Performance, Great Reliability.
Summary: Now Now , I know you might think my definition and usage of the word PC is irrelevant with respect to this particular product. I know a PC depends on other factors but as far as speed and performance goes this is the best processor I've used.I'm not an engineer but I cant tell you that this Athlon...
Summary: I am very happy with this processor. I had never installed a processor on a motherboard before, but had no problem. The documentation in the package was easy to follow. Barton core will allow for overclocking if desired. Big improvement over my 1.33 GHz Athlon.
Pros: Easy to install by following instructions in package.
Summary: I am not a very experienced computer user, so a friend of mine set up my entire system. I cannot believe the speed of my machine. I have great video and dvd burning speeds, unlike the old IBM machine I was using before.
Summary: I have a 2800+ in my computer so, when I went to build another computer and wanted to keep the price down and performance up, I chose the 2600+. The 333MHz Barton core speeds up the computing and is still relatively inexpensive.
