  • Summary: Well, with used CPUs you always hope that there are no problems, and once this one was installed I had no problems. This processor is in the machine I'm using to write this review, so obviously I'm quite satisfied with its quality and performance.

  • Summary: I run 200*11 MHz with air cooling about 37C-43C. Sure, you need a good motherboard to support it. ABIT NF7-s or ASUS . Google online, you will get more info.
  • Pros: easy to do overclocking on it. unlocked multiplier, so you can choose any number you want. Also it's easy to change FSB to 200MHz.
  • Cons: not too much for me.

AMD Athlon XP 2400+ Processor

  • Summary: I replaced this with My Intel PIII 800 MHZ and I don't regret that, using WINDOWS XP with AMD Athlon XP is highly recommended as it is optimized for XP. My games run faster and are much more fun to play. XP also boots very fast. Also the cost is very low when compared to Intel. You may need some additional cooling for your case but I don't see it as a drawback, that's why I haven't mentioned this is as a weakness.
  • Pros: Very good for Gaming and Multimedia
  • Cons: None

  • Summary: I got this processor for overclocking and I couldn't be more happy. It is already at 3200+ and still going higher. I did have to let it settle in first, running benchmark loops for a day or so before it would overclock to a 3200+. Highly recommend!!!
  • Pros: This baby overclocks like a banshee!!! I am already at 3200+ and still going higher.
  • Cons: None.
