It's an OK CPU, but not really a competitive value

Summary: Note that you're not getting any onboard graphics with this CPU. That was a given when I bought it, and I knew it up front, but there seems to be some confusion. For just a few bucks more, you could have a Core i3 setup and it'll run cooler, quieter, use less power, and be equally fast, if not faster. I have bought AMD stuff since the K6-2 days, but around the time Sandy Bridge came out in 2011 I switched to Intel and I just can't recommend AMD right now.

Summary: This processor is quite a nice choice. It's nice and cheap, it's a quad core with a decent clock speed. It's also really overclock-able. Overclocking is easier than you think as well. Not necessary but you can get bit more bang for your buck if you so choose. If you overclock, you may consider a better cooler for the processor as the included boxed cooler will limit the overclock potential.
Summary: Great processor for the money, BUT make 100% sure you get a new unit. I received one in a box that was not sealed, and at first glance seemed to have no thermal paste on the cooler that comes with it. After looking at it closer, i saw there was traces of old thermal paste on both the CPU and the cooler. Really?! This CPU deserves 4-5 stars, but after buying one "new" and receiving what appears to be a used one it gets 3.

Summary: Had some initial problems getting Windows 7 set up to run raid with 2 SDD's but after some research and retrys it's a screamer. I built it with a Gigabyte GA-F288XM-D3H , 8Gig of Kingston Hyper X Blue, Gigabyte GV-R577SO-1GD video card and 2 Kingston Hyper X 3X SSD's.
Summary: I initially purchased this processor but it came with some pins broken. I returned it for a reshipment and boy does it work? The clear difference from the Athlon II X2 220 to the X4 750K is insane. Everything plays as it should.

Summary: I meant to order the 760K, but thats what i get for ordering something at 3 am, not anyones elses fault but my own, but I got the 750k, and decided to keep it because the performance difference isnt that different. threw it in my motherboard, and checked out warframe, planetside 2, and a few other games. i have the powercolor 6950 2gb gpu, and this cpu runs every game at ultra settings at 720p ( i game in the living room and i cant read the screen at 1080p) at 60 fps.
