I had installed a Phenom II 965c BE 3.4 GHz. 125w processor for kicks not too many months back - knowing I could also use that 965c to upgrade an ASUS DDR III motherboard I have, and that I could upgrade yet another DDR II computer using the Phenom II 955 BE I would be replacing there.
Summary: Works great. Plug and play. No problems at all, has been running flawlessly for a month now. This processor is about the best bang for your buck that you will find. Easy to install. You can watch a youtube video just before installing it if you have any reservations.
