If you're not caught up in gaming performance yet still want something that can handle most games...

Summary: It was such a struggle to decide all of the parts for the PC I built for the first time. I needed a CPU that could handle the types of programs I like to run on my computer. I'm moving more towards a gaming mentality, though people love to bash APU based CPUs which include GPU functioning integrated, this CPU has honestly blown me away. The fact that you can overclock this thing in the GPU side and/or the CPU side is the true advantage.
Summary: Two months I push this CPU at its limits and I really impressed. I didn't buy my graphic card yet (EGVA 770GTX) so I use this CPU for the VGA and yeah this CPU AMD offert great performances with a better price than Intel. This is my first AMD CPU and certainly not the last one ;) =) _ Performances _ Good price. =( _ As usual a crappy stock fan included. I use a cooler system so don't need it. _ Not free.

Summary: Pretty nice to just use on your computer when being a first time builder. The ability AMD produces in this APU shows a great deal of games being available to play (though not always on ultra settings)

Summary: What is there not to love. Compared to Microsoft the price is about 8 times less for the same speed and quad core processor. This A10-6800k comes with a 8670D Radeon card. A 2 gigs card and because its built into the processor, the processor dedicates another 2 gigs of ram to the card making it a 4 gig card. Then if that's not cool enough, how about just adding A 6670 Radeon card for automatic cross fire. This is the best gaming set up for someone on a budget.
Summary: Runs REAALLYYY Hot by default (even at stock clock speeds.) but with a decent chassis and Watercooler you will be totally ok! I paired this with a Gskill Sniper 2133 8GB Ram set, and a Gigabyte F2A88X-UP4 Ultra Durable MoBo, and the results are impressive! its not as fast as i thought it would be, but its decent enough when i was in a pinch to get broken hardware replaced and had very little cash to work with.
Summary: Put it in a bugdet gaming system. Work very well, play most of the recent game (run with a r9-270). For now, no overclok due to stock cooler but as soon my friend is willing to pay for something decent, im going to push it.
