Excerpt: Was trying to match our other phones in the office. This one is a little different but I think I like it better and it wasn't as expensive. It is easy to figure out how to use the directory and the store numbers.
Excerpt: I returned this phone after using it for a few weeks. The handset constantly falls off the cradle, the reception is spotty...sometimes it sounds perfectly clear and then sounds muffled. This didn't work for me as I am on the phone most of the day.
Excerpt: got this phone in my local staples store on a great sale price for a 2 line phone. worked out of the box with less then 5 minutes installation, no need for instructions as everything is simple but came with the manual anyway, still works great a few days later and don't think i will have any problems with it in the future. no static and great phone reception.
Excerpt: a two line phone for our home business, it is very classy looking and clear to understand. The only thing I would change is the dial buttons, they are not as soft to dial and they have a little lip that feels a little funny on the fingers. The buttons stick a little so you have to push down with more effort than what I was used to with my previous phone, therefore I am only giving it a four star. Overall a great phone with clear sound and sleek appearance.
Excerpt: I LIKE THE COLOR, BLUE BACKLIT CALLER ID SCREEN, MESSAGE WAITING LIGHT, CLEAR SPEAKERPHONE. DONT LIKE THE HANDSET DESIGN. HARD TO PICK UP RECEIVER AND KEEP HOLD OF IT ESPECIALLY ON YOUR SHOULDER. THATS WHY I USUALLY USE THE SPEAKPHONE. DONT LIKE THE DIALING NUMBER KEYS.. HARD TO PRESS DOWN AND DONT LIKE THE FEEL OF THEM AND DONT LIKE THAT THEY PUT THOSE EXTRA BUTTONS UNDER THE 1-9 BUTTONS BECAUSE MOST PHONES DONT HAVE THAT AND I AM USED TO KNOWING THAT THE LAST 3 DIGITS...
Excerpt: We purchased this same phone earlier this year to replace a phone that was not working properly and was very pleased with the performance. Months later we decided it was time to get rid of the other old phone we had in the office and replaced it with this one. We found it to be affordable and well worth the money.
Excerpt: Bought this on the basis of the great reviews it received on the internet. Sorry, but this was a very disappointing purchase. First of all, it's hard to program. Next, the buttons are very small and you have to push hard on them. The speakerphone was mediocre at best and with the handset, people on the other end of the line would say they had trouble hearing me. But none of that set me over the edge.
