Excerpt: Bought this on the basis of the great reviews it received on the internet. Sorry, but this was a very disappointing purchase. First of all, it's hard to program. Next, the buttons are very small and you have to push hard on them. The speakerphone was mediocre at best and with the handset, people on the other end of the line would say they had trouble hearing me. But none of that set me over the edge.
Excerpt: I have a small health care office and I needed a phone with voice mail for my patients to leave messages. This phone has very challenging instructions to set up. And it repeatedly would lose my out going announcement and I could not have that with patients and prospective patients wondering if they had the right office. I called RCA support several times for assistance. Finally I had enough and got another phone and Comcast voice mail.Frustrating!
Excerpt: In replacing a disfunctional phone from a competitor, I needed one now, easy to use, and packaged with required features of ease of use and adaptability to headset use. This model has all those features highlighted with pleasant blue lights, easy-to-see touch button controls, and a 2.5 mm headset input that accepted by binaural phone set. The speaker-phone button is easily accessible and clearly marked.
Excerpt: This is a horrible confusing phone and I don't recommend it at all. I am stuck with this thing -the buttons are horrible and stiff and require a heavy press - not good for high phone volume - a lot of redialing.
