Office solution

Mike, Staples
14 November 2014
  • Excerpt: More than enough features!!SAVED a ton of money with the phone company as this unit DOES NOT require a phone line to expand itself (as long as you have the right configuration)The main base unit REQUIRES a line, otherwise, the rest just need power, speed dial, Caller ID, you name it this thing can do it, hold button, extension assignment.Paired with handsets and other full units, they make an ideal small/medium business solution.Saved about $60 for each outlet (X4) I did...

Complicated!

Lpk, Staples
20 October 2014
  • Excerpt: We've had repeated issues getting these 2 line phones to work properly. They were the only two phones even available in our our entire county. But wait, Staples in North Wilkesboro only stocks one of any given item. So for two we had to order online or travel to another store hours away.Despite the instruction booklet, college educated staff still cannot transfer calls or use the phones as intended.

Decent phone

East Coast Office, Staples
18 August 2014
  • Excerpt: This phone works well in an office setting. It was easy to set up and easy to operate. It is part of an expandable system which can include this corded version and/or the cordless handsets. Only one base phone needs to be connected to the phone line and the others will wirelessly link to it, thus eliminating several phone wires and jacks required. The only down side that I have discovered so far is that the volume is a bit low even at the highest setting.

RCA 2 Line Phone

Nancy, Staples
11 August 2014
  • Excerpt: I purchased this phone to replace a one that was very old with no caller ID. The phone has some nice features and is east to set up. The phone is great if you are only using one line. The phone can be set to notify you of an incoming call via a sound. I turned this feature off. When you are speaking on line 1 and line 2 rings, the phone cuts out so you do not hear what the other person is saying.

Good phone but pricey

Vazlee, Staples
17 July 2014
  • Excerpt: Because I was moving my home office to an area that did not have anyway to run a phone line I needed a unit that the base could be wireless. This was the only model available that allowed multiple base connections wirelessly. It did come at a price. I had to purchase two base units at $109 each. The phone works fine and was very easy to set up. The one issue is deleting caller ID. It is done one at a time versus the option to delete all.

RCA 2-line phone

Dr. Wagnon, Staples
3 April 2014
  • Excerpt: The phone came the next day! Is that service or what??!! I like the feel but more importantly it works perfectly. The old phone would drop a call and was not clear. The bonus on this one is that I can use the speaker phone with total clarity. Thanks for a great phone at a great price.

A little difficult to program

J&N, Staples
14 September 2013
  • Excerpt: This phone is difficult to program and the instructions take a lot of time to decipher. After getting it set up the phone does what is designed to do. The volume on incoming and outgoing calls needs to be adjusted constantly. I would recommend this to a friend who is electronic savvy. I believe beginners would have difficult time with this phones set-up.
  • Pros: Good Value
  • Cons: Difficult To Program
