Summary: Had bought another brand phone, previously, and had to return it as defective, so went back to Panasonic, which I had used for years. So far, so good........easy instructions, good sound, and I'm pleased.
Pros: had to get away from the high radiation of DECT 6.0 phones good looking black panasonic design this was the best alternative. it's corded but hey, my health is more important volume and call quality are high caliber dect phones spew as much radiation a cell tower in your own HOME decent price
Cons: lcd display is a little small and not too bright the designer went economical, no backlighting. cheapo rubber buttons
Excerpt: I needed a corded desk phone no wider than 6" to fit where I wanted to put it on my desk. This was the only phone I found that met that requirement after searching all over the net. Simple yet full of great features. I really am very happy with it.
Summary: Attractive phone with a unique ring tone. One of the best things is that the unit will always ring four (4) times before answering. It gives you time to see who is calling and decide whether or not you want to answer.
Summary: This phone is two bugs away from perfect, but they're serious bugs.
Pros: The basics are all here. The handset, tone pad, and headset jack are all good. The answering machine's okay. The speakerphone's okay. It's basically what a desk phone/answering machine should be.
Cons: The display started failing after a few years. The "-W" white version gets bad reviews for this reason; the -"B" black one is the same except the case color. Also, you can't disable caller ID/call waiting, which mutes the phone when it *thinks* it hears a CID-CW tone, but I don't have call waitin...
