  • Summary: 04/04/2014 I just talked with a rep. from Panasonic and was told the new phones are no longer compatible with VOIP ie Magic Jack. My old Panasonic cordless phones worked just fine with Magic Jack.

10 July 2011
  • Summary: Phone was returned for credit the day after it was received. Regardless of which phone jack it was plugged into, if ANY other phone anywhere in the house was picked up, the transmitter (microphone) on this Panasonic phone would go dead, and nothing that was spoken into the phone would be heard.

No Ringtone Change!

Not a satisfied customer, Panasonic
20 July 2009
  • Summary: This phone hasn't got the option to change the ringtone, so having three of these at my office, you can't tell which one is ringing. The help and support here is ridiculous since it doesn't offer a owners manual for it.
  • Pros: Inexpensive, Easy to use
  • Cons: Poor documentation, not able to change ringtone

This is my experience till now !! How can you send a mail like this, when the courier company says its in transit ? Please do have a check and inquire how this anomaly happened.

Radio interference

Terry Fox, Amazon
1 June 2014
  • Summary: I bought this phone because it was about the only one offering dual mode, which I need since I am still on a rotary dial system. Unfortunately it picks up radio signals, and you can clearly hear a local radio station here in Toronto when you are connected to another party. I find this very annoying, but since it is dual mode, and was cheap (probably the reason for the poor sound quality) I can live with it.
