Met Most Expectations

Walmart
15 June 2010
  • Summary: A little harder than I had hoped to get the voice message system set up. Wish I could have changed the message on a daily basis vs. an overall 9am in office and 5pm out of office setting (since our small business has different hours of operation for the weekdays compared to the weekends). Overall, a decent product. Was able to set the first 3 lines to roll to the 1st one without a problem (through Qwest) and the 4th line is set up for fax. Mostly satisfied.

Bang for your Buck

Cliff, Panasonic
12 January 2010
  • Summary: Have had the system for about a month and have found it to be fairly easy to use. I recommend you read the manual it really helps. The system has met and even exceeded my expectations in quality and performance. The sound quality is very good and I especially like the Auto Attendant feature and the Call Screening feature. I'm hoping I will need to expand from my current 2 lines to the 4 lines available and from my 3 extensions to the 16 extensions available.
  • Pros: Exceeded expectations, Convenient, Easy to use, ability to grow, multiple ringer tones

Could This Be the Most Empowering CORDED Phone Youll Ever Own (for Under $100)?

  • Summary: Exceptionally large directory doesn't require caller-ID. Installing additional (up to 16) compatible Panasonic units could galvanize this phone's noteworthy automated-attendant, call-transfer, intercom and conference capabilities.
  • Pros: Unobtrusively records hour-long, two-way conversations. Exceptionally informative-and-legible, backlit LCD/display. 200 phonebook (plus 32 speed-dial) names-and-numbers.
  • Cons: No "on-hook-dialing.” Speakerphone may occasionally fail temporarily (especially during_lengthy_conversations). "Automated-attendant" won't work without "in-parallel" wiring.

Good, not great.

mom liz, ABT Electronics
25 June 2008
  • Summary: I like the way this phone looked and the features that it had. I bought 9 (not all answering machines though) of this type because it had 4 lines and could have many more extensions than most other phone systems. Normally, you would have had to get a PBX system to get this. That part is good, and the phones work just fine, but the answering machine has kicked out on 2 phones in less than 2 years. Hopefully, this replacement will be better.
  • Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Handset, Good Sound Quality, Nice Features
  • Cons: Not Durable
