Summary: Horrible quality product. Have owned 2 of these in the past 3 years. Answering system malfunctioned in both phones the same way both times. Was told by customer service that they were out of warranty and there was nothing they could do to help except to send in phone for repairs for an unknown price...

Summary: We've had 5 of these Panasonic 4-line phones in our business for over 12 years, and they work very well. They include speakerphones that actually work, an easy to set up intercomm system, a headset port (for use with a Panasonic headset, purchased separately), a conference call button and even a Do...
Summary: Overall it is a good phone, but speakerphone is malfunctioning. It has not worked as expected since day 1. People complaint that they can't hear me, or hear choppy sounds. Called Panasonic, they told me they can't replace it because they no longer make it.
Summary: This phone system sis terrible. I have 3 employees and the system does not meet basic needs. For example, if someone is on the phone, a new caller cannot leave a message for that person. This is a basic functionality. Thiskey pad is slow and the system is overall very cheap.
Summary: Don't get this phone. The sound quality is terrible - shrill, harsh, sometimes painful - and both the caller ID and voice mail died after a year or two. Our outgoing message now says: "Call again during regular business hours." I'm shopping for something better. There's not much out there.
Summary: I received the phone in a timely manner however, the phone requires some attention and focus in setting up the lines for maximum use. If you are a novice or at a moderate level with respect to setting up phones, it could take a minimum of 45 minutes to program the phone.
